The purpose of this self-contained project program is to provide an accurate and reliable assessment of the pension plan condition specific to the U.S. electrical contracting industry.

A thorough and first-of-its-kind assessment of the retirement landscape within the electrical contracting industry will serve as the foundation for change. Once the current situation is defined, action planning for the long-term health and sustainability of pension plans for the industry’s emplyees can be developed and supported.
