ELECTRI Winter Council Meeting 2026
The ELECTRI Winter Council meeting will take place in San Antonio. Besides research updates and voting on new research proposals, ELECTRI Council Member Alterman, Inc. will be allowing attendees to visit their new headquarters. We are excited to present this opportunity to our Council.
ELECTRI Agenda
Golf Event:
There will be a golf event following the meeting adjournment on Friday afternoon, January 23rd, at The Quarry Golf Course in San Antonio. Transportation will be provided and is included in the golf fee.
Space is limited to 28 participants. When reserving your spot, please indicate if you’ll need club rentals — this allows the course to prepare for your arrival. You will pay for golf through ELECTRI, while club rentals will be paid directly at the course.
Please note that lunch will not be provided prior to the event.
Refund Policy:
Full refunds are available prior to December 20th. Refunds less an administrative fee of $100 will be given for cancellations received in writing to laura.holmes@electri.org prior to January 13th. Following this date, no refunds will be given. However, you may send an alternate to the event without additional charge.

- Refund of registration fees less administrative fees – available from 30 days before the meeting to 7 days before the meeting.
